Actress Kirstie Alley Warns That Media, Schools Paving the Way for the Acceptance of Pedophilia

Those who have been following Elizabeth Johnston Ministries over the last few years will be familiar with the extreme to which our popular culture and entertainment industry has been sexualizing and corrupting the minds of our children over the last several years.

What’s more, child sexual exploitation is becoming more common as children are exposed to highly graphic, pornographic “sex ed” curricula in public schools.

Just a few years ago, people often denounced us as hysterical — yet here we are, speeding down this dangerously slippery slope.

This is not something we can take an ounce of pleasure in being right about, yet we can only praise God for the silver lining that maybe, just maybe, American parents are starting to face the reality of what kind of world we might be leaving for our children if we do not push back against this depraved trend.

We simply cannot raise a future generation of adults if we do not let them be kids first — yet the world is determined to ruin their innocence at far too young an age. The damage this does to society could be irreparable.

This is the message that actress Kirstie Alley recently articulated to her Twitter followers over the weekend after spending some time watching television.

“Was watching TV …we’ve gone too far in my opinion. I feel sorry for our children. Their exposure to everything perverse on every kind of screen is mind boggling. And even more tragic, it’s being hyped as ‘normal,’” the comedienne wrote on Saturday.

She noted that history has never seen the fruition of a generation raised in the kind of world in which today’s children are growing up.

“No other generation has had such easy access to the underbelly of humanity. SO many screens & chronic bombardment of images and concepts,” she said.

“Protect your children,” she urged.

She went on to explain that what’s important is to have a sense of what’s right and wrong when it comes to what we’re teaching our children. (Warning: explicit language)

Alley finished by outlining where this is all going:

Amazingly, while the Twitter backlash was predictable, Alley’s words were twisted by some critics into her being anti-LGBT:

We can only echo this urgency to protect your children and take care of what they are being exposed to on television and in their classrooms. They only have one childhood — do not let the world take away the innocence they can never get back.
