An unhinged Alec Baldwin continued his long-running practice of comparing President Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler in a tweet earlier this week calling for Trump to be buried in a “Nazi graveyard.”
“Bury Trump in a Nazi graveyard and put a swastika on his grave,” he wrote on Monday evening. “The majority of Americans made the right choice. Trump is a maniac.”

The Hollywood star, who frequently lampoons the president in appearances on Saturday Night Live, went on to attack Trump supporters in another tweet responding to an ABC News interview.
“In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, get these people some mental care,” Baldwin wrote, according to the Washington Times.
This is hardly the first time Baldwin has taken such an aggressive jab at the president, his administration, and his supporters. Back in April, the Times adds, Baldwin tweeted that anyone who votes for Trump’s reelection is “mentally ill.”
Even comparisons to the Third Reich aren’t a novel bit for Baldwin.
“You wonder how Hitler took control of a once great country,” Baldwin tweeted back in February, according to the Times. “For those of you too young to recall the War or its aftermath, simply watch how this GOP-controlled Senate behaves. Their sniveling fealty and lack of courage. And you begin to get it.”
And, unsurprisingly, Baldwin was elated with the news that former Vice President Joe Biden was projected the winner of the presidential election earlier this month.
Baldwin, who won an Emmy for his impersonation of President Trump on SNL, tweeted that he had never been “this overjoyed to lose a job before.”
Baldwin joins a long line of Hollywood has-beens in going far beyond the pale in their criticism of their president. This ignoble crew includes the likes of Kathy Griffin, who emerged from post-fame obscurity in a tweet brandishing a prop of the bloody severed head of President Trump, or Peter Fonda who called for Trump’s young son Baron to be “put in a cage with pedophiles.”
It never ceases to amaze that these elitists lecture us on morality while they salivate over the notion of the death of the president. Sick.
