In what is already being hailed as one of the most epic moments of the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice nominee Amy Coney Barrett, the respected federal judge held up a blank notepad when asked to share the notes she was using the answer the Senator’s questions during Tuesday’s grilling.

“Most of us have multiple notebooks and notes and books, things like that in front of us,” said Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) during his allotted time to address the nominee, The Daily Wire reports. “Can you hold up what you’ve been referring to in answering our questions?”

Barrett responded in an instantly-viral moment by holding up a blank notepad.

“Is there anything on it?” the Senator asked.

“The letterhead that says United States Senate,” Barrett, smiling a little, replied.

“That’s impressive,” Sen. Cornyn noted.

Barrett, who is already well-loved by conservatives for her stellar qualifications, originalist judicial philosophy, and devout Christian faith, received wide praise for this “legendary” moment.
