Apple Donating Millions To Ridiculously Biased Leftist Organizations

In years past, the vast majority of companies would play things straight down the middle and keep their toes out of the political waters.

The reasoning for that is pretty simple. Customers on both sides of the aisle purchase goods and require services, so there’s no need to risk alienating what could literally be half of your customer base.

As with many other things in the Trump era, that thinking has gone by the wayside. Left-leaning organizations make no secret of their ideologies. In fact, they tend to wear it as a badge of honor.

Here’s another perfect example of that. As LifeSiteNews shares, Apple is donating “$1 million to both the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League after President Trump’s comments about the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia.”

Alright. So it’s pretty clear that Apple is drinking the Kool-Aid being dished out by the mainstream media. That’s not all too shocking, as it’s become quite apparent that the leadership at tech giants swings pretty hard to the left.

However, they really couldn’t find better places to donate their funds to? As LSN points out, the SPLC “has lumped Christian, conservative, and pro-family groups in with its “hate list” of neo-Nazi and other extremist groups.”

Additionally, the group’s “Hate Map” has been cited as “inspiration by Floyd Lee Corkins II after he tried to enter the office of the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C., in 2012 with the intent of killing as many employees as possible,” LSN adds.

It really doesn’t take all that much research to uncover those two little nuggets, so we can only assume that it doesn’t matter all that much to Apple in the grand scheme of things.

Let’s all keep that in mind the next time we go phone shopping.
