Balenciaga Ad Campaign Sports Kids With Bears in “Bondage” Gear, Support for “Virtual Child P*rn”

A shocking ad campaign from fashion brand Balenciaga has been met with horror as it sports children holding teddy bears that appear to be in BDSM gear and the subtle inclusion of a document arguing in favor of legalizing “virtual child porn.”

“Balenciaga is fetishizing children by having them model with sexual bdsm paraphernalia. They’re participating in a bigger campaign making it fashionable to destroy the innocence of children,” the Instagram Account Vote With Your Dollar Mama wrote along with a post portraying the shocking ad campaign.

The two children in the photos are each holding teddy bears that are outfitted in leather straps with studs in the fashion of the BDSM, or “bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism,” a sexual fetish subculture that is often associated with the LGBT community.

Many Twitter users were aghast at the shocking photographs.

“Frightening how many adults must have been involved in this,” one user noted. “Parents, photographers, creative directors, copy writers, web designers, design agency staff, producers, managers, advertisers,” they added. “And not one of them thought ‘hang on a minute’?”

Sharp-eyed social media users also noted that one of the photos in the campaign includes a document seemingly defending virtual child pornography.

“The brand ‘Balenciaga’ just did a uh….. interesting… photoshoot for their new products recently which included a very purposely poorly hidden court document about ‘virtual child porn’ normal stuff,” one user noted.

In a follow up tweet, the same user also pointed out that Balenciaga recently left Twitter in the wake of billionaire Elon Musk’s acquisition of the company.

Balenciaga, a well-established high-fashion house, has worked with big names like Kim Kardashian, Nicole Kidman, and Bella Hadid, but has yet to comment on the campaign that has social media users stunned.
