Gender-Neutral Fifth Grade Teacher Asks Children to Use “They/Them” and “Mx.”

The letter "Mx" Bressack sent home to parents

Why are children always the target of the left’s insane agenda to destroy gender??

A Florida elementary school teacher has outraged parents by sending home a letter asking that the children refer to her using the “they/them” pronoun and “Mx.” instead of “Ms.”

Parents, understandably, were quite alarmed at this bizarre request made of their children and voiced their objection in a local mom’s group as well as by calling the school office to complain.

Chole Bressack, a woman who for some reason prefers not to be referred to as a woman, was recently hired as a math and science (seriously?!) teacher at Canopy Oaks Elementary in Tallahassee, Florida. At the start of the school year, she sent home a letter to the parents of her students to introduce herself, and to give her bizarre request:

“One thing that you should know about me is that I use gender-neutral terms. My prefix is Mx. [pronounced Mix],” the letter read. “My pronouns are ‘they, them, their’ instead of ‘he, his, she, hers.’ I know it takes some practice for it to feel natural, but students catch on pretty quickly.”

In other words, don’t worry about your children being indoctrinated by my self-delusion, they’ll adjust quite quickly!

“We’re not going for perfection, just making an effort!” she continued.

Oh, how nice.

“Please feel free to reach out to me or administration if you have any questions. My priority is for all of my students to be comfortable in my classroom and have a space where they can be themselves while learning.”

…Unless they are evil bigoted believers in there only being two genders, right?

The principal of the school, Paul Lambert, who obviously had no issue with this as he hired the woman, defended her letter and stood behind her.

“We support her preference in how she’s addressed, we certainly do,” he said, according to Fox news. “I think a lot of times it might be decided that there is an agenda there, because of her preference — I can tell you her only agenda is teaching math and science at the greatest level she can.”

It’s probably assumed there’s an agenda here because there’s clearly an agenda here.

“I can assure you that teachers in our district will not be allowed to use their influence in the classroom to advance any personal belief or political agenda. At this time, I do not believe that is the case in this instance.”

Well, they can claim it’s not so all they like, but when you impose your silly ideas about gender and pronouns on a group of fifth-graders and it’s allowed to stand, that automatically imposes your personal beliefs and political agenda on the children as well.

Our nation’s public schools are quickly becoming a hotbed of freakish social experimentation. The personal life of a teacher should be left at the door. If the name of our Lord Jesus Christ is banned from public schools, this gender pronoun nonsense should absolutely be banned as well.

Seriously though, at the end of the day, this woman really couldn’t just teach math and science without being triggered by a 10-year-old calling her “Ms.”?

This gender insanity has got to stop!
