Gross! University Puts On Workshop About Masturbation

Have you ever looked at the bill for a semester of your kid’s college and along with having a near heart attack at the insanely high price of an education, wonder what exactly they’re learning that makes school so expensive?

As it turns out, the modern day college student isn’t learning how to engage different worldviews in intelligent debate, nor are they being taught useful skills that will actually help them land a job after graduation.

Instead, thanks to the perverted nature of progressivism, they’re learning how to masturbate. That’s not being crass, there’s an actual worksop being put on by Arizona State University about how to have sex with yourself.

The Daily Wire is reporting:

What are the kids learning in school these days? Well, at Princeton they have tutorials in BDSM and now, at Arizona State University, they have a masturbation workshop titled “Go F**k Yourself.”

Though the event’s title has since been changed to “Go Love Yourself,” images of the event’s first invitation, obtained by Campus Reform, show the original vulgarity:

A description on the event’s Facebook page says that an expert will be present at the workshop to help students “[get] in touch” with themselves.

“Getting in touch with yourself by touching yourself,” the event description reads. “Join pleasure professional Natalie Treacy for a shame-free, pleasure focused discussion about masturbation and self exploration to get the pleasure you want and deserve.”

The workshop has been linked to an organization known as the “O.School” which, according to their mission statement is “dedicated to creating intimate spaces to talk about sex and pleasure online.”

The “O.School” encourages students to indulge in sexual sin through lectures and live streams designed to “help you overcome shame, heal from trauma, and develop skills to communicate and set boundaries in the pursuit of your sexual pleasure.”

This, dear parents, is what your hard earned money is going toward when you contribute to your child’s college education.

Sex is, of course, a pleasurable experience, a gift from God, but it is only designed to be enjoyed by a husband and wife joined together in the covenant relationship of marriage. Period. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

God makes it clear throughout the entirety of Scripture that this is His design for intimacy. Sexual activity outside of these bounds leads to enslavement to sin, emotional ruin, and all sorts of negative consequences.

This is what makes it so critical for parents to have a biblical theology of sex and marriage and to impart these values and beliefs to children during their formative years, because otherwise, they may get sucked into our morally depraved culture.
