It seems Jonathan Yaniv, the infamous transgender “woman” who calls himself “Jessica,” won’t be satisfied until every provider of goods and services in Canada is confirmed to be “trans-friendly.”
In October, Yaniv’s lawsuit against a handful of estheticians in British Columbia who refused to wax his unaltered male genitalia came to a grinding halt when the province’s human rights court found his complaints and conduct “improper.”
Yaniv attempted to appeal the court’s decision, which included a penalty of $2,000 to be paid to three of the estheticians whose businesses he destroyed, but to no avail.
Having failed to force women (typically immigrants whom the racist Yaniv has expressed hatred toward) to touch and wax his privates, it appears gynecologists may be the next target of Yaniv’s “activism.”
“So a gynaecologist office that I got referred to literally told me today that ‘we don’t serve transgender patients,’” Yaniv said in a tweet on Monday. “And me, being me, I’m shocked.. and confused… and hurt. Are they allowed to do that, legally? Isn’t that against the college practices?”
Gynaecologists form a part of the multidisciplinary team who engage with transgender and non‐binary patients, either as part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre‐ or post‐transition gynaecological problems.

So, Yaniv is “shocked, confused, and hurt” that a gynecologist will not see him when, as a pre-surgery biological male, the only female anatomy he has exists in his imagination. Seriously. This man needs to start calling around psychiatric hospitals to see if they serve “transgender” people!
Yaniv proceeded to rant and rail against this injustice, claiming that the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) confirmed that he was, in fact, being illegally discriminated against. Considering just how honest and reliable Yaniv has been in the past, however, it would be wise to take that “confirmation” with a grain of salt.

Yaniv also stated that gynecologists are actually a vital part of a transgender person’s care team, even before they’ve had what is ludicrously referred to as “medical gender confirmation surgery.”
While we were rightfully incredulous that this was the case, it turns out that transgender “women” (biological males, with or without their genitals mutilated) actually do see gynecologists in many cases.
Transgender apologists explain that a biological male might visit a gynecologist for similar care to what a woman with a total hysterectomy would receive, including pelvic exams and treatment of infection. Some even claim that a post-surgery man might receive a pap smear, but this is a dubious claim considering the fact that these tests require the patient to have a cervix, the lower portion of the uterus.
The mechanics of treating a gender-confused, surgically-mutilated person aside, it is an indictment of Western culture that such an issue even exists. There is no conceivable scenario in which a biological man seeing a gynecologist makes sense, yet here we are.
Yaniv concluded his threat by announcing that he would file a complaint against the care provider with the CPSBC, though it is yet unclear what this latest inclusivity inquisition will amount to.

As we continue to reiterate, Yaniv man is a predator. He doesn’t just target local businesses with frivolous suits, he also has a penchant for nude swimming with minors and helping young girls with their menstrual products.
What more could this man possibly do before the authorities of British Columbia do their jobs and lock him up?!
