Judge Moore Stands His Ground, Plans to Sue Washington Post for Outlandish False Accusations

Judge Roy Moore is no stranger to having his name dragged through the mud. He has been vehemently hated by the left for decades for his undying commitment to biblical morality and family values.

As he nears the finish line of the Alabama senate race, the Washington Post dropped their bombshell accusations that Moore had been involved with teenage women as a young district attorney’s assistant in the 70’s.

Considering Moore is pro-family and sexual abuse allegations are the buzzword of the day, WaPo clearly decided to try to hit him where they thought it would hurt.

Unlike Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, and Louis CK, however, Moore did one thing an innocent man would be expected to do: he adamantly denied the allegations.

Although both democrats and republicans are calling for him to step down from the race, Moore refuses to. Instead, he’s going after the paper that started this whole mess.

In a recent rally in a Huntsville, Alabama gym, CBS reports, Moore made clear that the Washington Post, who publicly endorsed his opponent, Doug Jones, was “fake news” and that the allegations were completely “untrue.” He also said they “will be sued.”

“Why would they come now? Because there are groups that don’t want me in the United States Senate,” he said, referring to the Democratic and Republican establishment. But this would be in vain, he added, as “We do not plan to let anybody deter us from this race.”

Elizabeth, the Activist Mommy, knows first-hand what it is like to have lies spread about your ideological opponents.

“I’ve been the victim of smear campaigns and had my character defamed through hit pieces filled with outlandish lies. These were created by people who had no problem with lying to try to destroy me,” she says. “Just like Roy Moore.”

“When you contact lawyers, they tell you it’s almost impossible to win. And you have to have a lot of money and time to fight it. It’s so discouraging,” she continues. “No matter what I say to clear my name or prove the lies are false, these lies will always be repeated by my enemies.”

This is why she is so eager to see Moore stand up against his slanderers and let the establishment and liars everywhere know that fabricating stories will not be tolerated any longer.

“If any tangible evidence comes forth to prove Moore’s guilt, he should certainly admit to his wrongdoing and deal with the consequences,” she adds.

“But as of yet, we haven’t seen that. We need some legal precedent set to protect public figures from vicious false attack and defamation. Words can be the most dangerous weapons of all. If anyone can win their case, Judge Moore can, and if he is innocent, I pray he does.”
