Disney’s ‘Doc McStuffins’ Parades Pro-Lesbian Propaganda In Front Of Little Kids

A recent episode of the popular Disney Junior TV show Doc McStuffins has drawn praise from progressives for its parading of a lesbian couple in front of its audience – small children.

As CBN News reports, the move was a first for Disney Junior.

One of the lesbian characters was voiced by well-known liberal comedian Wanda Sykes, who herself is a proud lesbian – and a very vulgar one at that.

In the episode, titled “The Emergency Plan,” Sykes’ character gets separated from its partner, voiced by Portia de Rossi, when a toy dragon causes an earthquake with its pouncing.

For the rest of the episode, children watch Doc McStuffins work to reunite the couple and teach them to make emergency kits.

Of course, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.

During a 2012 interview with After Ellen, Doc McStuffins creator and producer Chris Nee – who is also a lesbian – had no hesitation in acknowledging her efforts to present children with subtle imagery promoting lesbianism.

“Even though this is a kid’s show and we’re not going to see gay storylines but how do you instill subtle messages about acceptance and how people are different?” After Ellen asked Nee.

“Is that always in the back of your head when doing these shows?”

“Definitely,” came Nee’s response. “My son has two moms and it’s a huge part of my life as a human being and it’s been an incredible part of the way that I see the world and the way I see characters and the way I want to create characters who are incredibly accepting of each other and whatever is happening in their life.”

As CBN points out, a number of LGBT activists have spoken out in praise of the recent lesbianism-laden episode of Doc McStuffins.

Over at HuffPost, Curtis M. Wong lauded the episode as “groundbreaking,” stating, “children of same-sex parents got some much overdue representation in mainstream animation this weekend, courtesy of the Disney Channel.”

Meanwhile, GLAAD quoted its president and CEO as stating, “children like mine deserve the chance to see their families reflected on TV, and this episode does just that in a beautiful and positive way.”

“Shows like this reflect our real world, and today that includes the many children being raised by gay and lesbian parents who are all going to celebrate this story.”

Some, however, are not so enthusiastic.

Many commenters have taken to CBN’s Facebook page to express their displeasure.
