Huh? – Leftist Charity Takes Hurricane Relief Donations For Abortions

The Lilith Fund, a leftist pro-abortion organization, is seeking donations for Hurricane Harvey survivors who want abortions.

Yup, seriously.

According to The Lilith Fund’s website, the group aims to help “Texans in exercising their fundamental right to abortion by removing barriers to access.”

In other words, The Lilith Fund is one of the many leftist organizations dedicated to murdering babies.

Interestingly enough, while The Lilith Fund is open about the direction its funds will be heading in its tweet, the actual donation page is titled “EMERGENCY FUND FOR HARVEY SURVIVORS.”

Really? So, of all the concerns Hurricane Harvey survivors have right now, murdering babies is number one?

Or is The Lilith Fund trying to mislead people who access the site through some means other than their tweet, which might cause them to believe that they’re actually providing emergency financial relief for Hurricane Harvey survivors?

Either way, the group is catching plenty of flack for its priorities.

Of course, The Lilith Fund isn’t the only left-leaning group taking advantage of Hurricane Harvey to raise money for its political causes.

Well-known Islamic feminist activist Linda Sarsour also exploited Hurricane Harvey by promoting the Texas Organizing Project – a leftist PAC raising money to help survivors of the hurricane organize politically.

As with The Lilith Fund, the Texas Organizing Project has advertised its fund as providing “relief” for survivors.

In reality, at the bottom of its fund page, the group names a number of vague aims for the money, stating, “together we will organize and advocate for our devastated communities, shining a spotlight on inequalities that emerge in the restoration of lives, livelihoods, and homes, amplifying the needs of hard-hit communities, and providing legal assistance for residents wrongfully denied government support.”

The Texas Organizing Project, by the way, is an offshoot of ACORN – a group that folded after it was caught diverting funds it received through charity towards Democratic endeavors.

What’s incredibly tragic, of course, is that many people will fall into the trap of donating to groups like the Texas Organizing Project and The Lilith Fund, spurned by some of the harrowing images, videos and stories that have emerged from Texas.

If you are interested in donating to the relief effort, please do your research.

One recommendable organization is Samaritan’s Purse, which has already sent personnel and supplies to Texas in order to provide survivors not abortions or political organizing but actual help.
