Planet Fitness’ “Judgement Free” Policies Invoked By Man Who Was Kicked Out for Nudity

Who can blame him?

A Planet Fitness patron, clearly attracted to the virtue-signaling “judgment-free zone” policies the gym is known for, apparently thought this applied to his preference for nudity.

After all, if an adult man can strip down in the women’s locker room if he feels like it, why couldn’t one strip down on the gym floor and exercise in the outfit he clearly felt most comfortable in?

I think this gentleman has a case.

USA Today reports that a Massachusetts man was arrested Sunday for doing yoga in his birthday suit, explaining to police officers he thought Planet Fitness was a “judgement-free zone.”

Eric M. Stagno, 34, of Haverhill, Mass., was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness and disorderly conduct after police responded to the gym in nearby Plaistow, N.H., according to local media reports.

“The story we got from witnesses was that the guy walked in, stripped down right there in front, left the clothes and belongings at the front desk, walked back and forth across the gym a couple of times and then settled in over at the yoga mats,” Plaistow police Capt. Brett Morgan told the New Hampshire Union Leader newspaper.

Officers found Stagno in what appeared to be a “yoga-type pose,” Morgan said.

“The only comment he made was that he thought it was a judgment-free zone, apparently referencing their slogan,” Morgan added.

You see, Planet Fitness and leftists everywhere, sometimes judgment can be a very good thing!
