The widespread acceptance of homosexuality in America is only just beginning. As we are seeing, any unwillingness to conform to the LGBT agenda is being met with more and more extreme legal consequences. One school in California is seeing that firsthand. This is a horrifying story.
Earlier this year, River View Christian Academy (RVCA) in Northern California was raided by 16 armed law enforcement officers from California Highway Patrol, along with two canine units and 17 social workers. This raid left students and staff frightened and traumatized, as you can imagine.
What’s even crazier is that this SWAT-style raid came about because the state was led to believe the school was doomsday-prepping and had illegal drugs and stockpiles of ammunition, somehow.
It sounds like someone had a bone to pick with RVCA. The school, after all, stands on Christian principles and standards. To many, particularly in California, nothing could be more offensive.
What is interesting to note is that RVCA is not a public school, therefore, nobody is being forced to send their children to this school or be involved with it in any way unless they choose to.
Like bakeries or florists that no one is forced to get their wedding cake or floral arrangements from, the left is not content with anything less than total and complete conformity from Christians.
RVCA is a private boarding school operating under the ministry Teen Rescue which has been helping troubled teens since 1989. The mission of the school is to “restore teens to a healthy outlook on life through loving redirection, teaching life skills and building character through integrity, boundaries, and self control.”
The only thing missing is the sexual immorality indoctrination that the left is pushing on all educational institutions across America.

Not surprisingly, the raid did not uncover anything illegal. Despite this fact, the state is still attempting to destroy the school and claims they do not have the proper licensing to operate. The school is piling up daily fines as a result.
According to a report by CBN News:
The state is now saying that, due to recent legislation, it is no longer possible for a private boarding school to operate without a considerable amount of licensing and oversight by the Department of Social Services.
With the increase in licensing, the Christian school would have to abandon their biblical values. The state requires that licensed facilities allow students to have the right to engage in spiritual and sexual exploration, which contradicts the standards set by RVCA and the morals of many parents, the Pacific Justice Institute said.
Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) is representing the school, and according to PJI attorney Kevin Snider, this is all happening because the school works with teens.
“In 25 years of practice, I have never seen this level of aggressive, militant, and ideologically-driven conduct by a state agency against a religious institution,” he said.
This is an extreme example of how determined the LGBT left is to force Christians to not only support their lifestyle, but push their indoctrination. If the school refuses to allow their students to engage in pornographic sex ed, then the state is going to do everything in its power to ruin them. What a tragic scenario. The school is helping at-risk teens to live better lives and they are facing this discriminatory legal attack, putting the whole operation in jeopardy.
Continue to pray for Christians facing this kind of unfair discrimination and persecution. Pray that they emerge victorious, but also that they remain firmly rooted in their Christian principles.
