In response to an emergency request for review by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has ordered that any ballots received after 8 PM on Election Day in the state be segregated and secured and counted separately.
According to Buzzfeed senior law and politics reporter Zoe Tillman, the Pennsylvania GOP filed an emergency application on Friday in an effort to fight last-minute changes to Pennsylvania election law that allowed ballots received well after Election Day to be counted. In the application, the party asked the court to order each county to segregate all late ballots while whether or not they should be counted at all is contested in lower courts.
In their filing, the party noted that the Pennsylvania Secretary of State had already directed each county to segregate, secure, and not canvass or otherwise process ballots received after Election Day. At least 25 counties, however, wouldn’t confirm that they had followed this guidance.
New: PA Republicans filed an emergency application asking SCOTUS to order PA to segregate post-Election Day absentee ballots. The SoS already directed counties to do this, but Rs say they still want SCOTUS to order it (HT @joshgerstein for the doc) https://t.co/ymEjL29Hgi pic.twitter.com/gaSSeg7Wu5

Late Friday evening, Justice Alito granted the Pennsylvania GOP’s request, ordering that any ballots received after polls closed on Election Day be properly separated, reported Fox News personality Shannon Bream.
BREAKING FROM SCOTUS: Justice Alito has issued an Order than any ballots received after after 8pm on election day in PA be segregated and secured – and if counted, counted separately. There is a petition pending before SCOTUS. Alito orders opposing side to reply by 2p Saturday.

Alito gave the Boards of Elections across the state until 2 pm Saturday to respond.
Alito order: "… neither the applicant (PA GOP) nor the Secretary has been able to verify that all boards are complying with the Secretary's guidance, which, it is alleged, is not legally binding on them."

“…Neither the applicant [PA GOP] nor the Secretary has been able to verify that all boards are complying with the Secretary’s guidance, which, it is alleged, is not legally binding on them,” Bream added.
“Many of you have rightly noted that this segregating/securing was already supposed to be happening,” Bream stated. “PA GOP told SCOTUS today neither it nor the PA Sec of Commonwealth could get all the county boards of election to confirm they were actually complying. Now there’s a SCOTUS Order.”

Folks, we are always just a breath away from losing the republic our forefathers died for. We must not allow lawlessness and corruption to win out! If this election is stolen, it is the end of America as we know it. Continue to pray that our leaders would be emboldened to fight for the truth!
If you appreciate the work we are doing to fight the leftist assault on our values, please consider a small donation to help us continue. Thank you so much!
