In a truly mind-blowing and tragic conclusion of events, a jury has ruled in favor of the mother of a Dallas boy whom she is attempting to “transition” to a girl. Jeffrey Younger, the father of the 7-year-old boy at the center of the case, has lost his battle to save his son in court as a jury has sided with the boy’s mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, who they apparently believe is more qualified to make all medical decisions for him, despite her efforts to turn him into a girl.
Dr. Georgulas has been “affirming” their son James as a girl for years. He’s even been attending school as a girl by the name of “Luna” since kindergarten. Thanks to this most devastating ruling, Dr. Georgulas now has full authority to take her son’s transition further with dangerous drugs and physical mutilation. This is child abuse, plain and simple.

A jury in Dallas, Texas has ruled against Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition.” This means James’ mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, will be able to continue “transitioning” him into “Luna,” and now has full authority to start him on puberty blockers and eventually cross-sex hormones.
The jury’s decision likely means that Mr. Younger will be required to “affirm” James as a girl, despite his religious and moral objections, and will also be forced to take a class on transgenderism.
With a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over his two twin boys. They voted that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person. Judge Kim Cooks will read her ruling on possession, child support, and Dr. Georgulas’ other requests at 1:30 p.m. CST on Wednesday.
Mr. Younger and Dr. Georgulas were in court last week fighting over custody and decision-making abilities for James and his twin, Jude. Mr. Younger argues his ex-wife is “transitioning” James against the boy’s will.
Dr. Georgulas originally initiated the lawsuit, requesting that the court alter Mr. Younger’s time with his sons so as to limit overnight stays and force all of their visits to be supervised. Mr. Younger responded by asking for a jury trial. This would be the most reasonable decision for someone in Mr. Younger’s position, as after all who would ever think the majority of a 12-person panel would be in favor of allowing a young child to be forced into “transitioning” to the opposite sex?
It is absolutely shocking and appalling that 11 out of the 12 jurors decided Dr. Georgulas is the more qualified of the two to make such grave decisions about their son’s well-being. It’s horrifying to think these 11 individuals believe that giving hormone treatments and puberty blockers to a young child is safe and beneficial for the child. These 11 people believe Dr. Georgulas is actually doing the right thing for James versus abusing him. What a testament to the times we are living in!
During the course of the trial, the jury heard testimony from experts who highlighted the negative consequences and dangers of children who physically transition to the opposite sex. According to LifeSiteNews, “Mr. Younger is worried about Dr. Georgulas forcing a lifetime of misery on their son. Transgender-identifying individuals, even when encouraged in their confusion, suffer from more psychological issues than the general population, have shorter lifespans, and are more likely to commit suicide.”
On top of his father’s justifiable concerns, expert witnesses gave testimony to highlight a child’s “inability to fully comprehend the potential side effects of such therapy, such as permanent infertility, inability to ever naturally engage in sexual relations, and a decreased lifespan.”
Yet, in all of their apparent 21st century ‘wokeness’ this is what the jury has decided is best for James.
It is interesting to note, Dr. Georgulas isn’t actually biologically related to her sons. LifeSiteNews reports “they were created through in-vitro fertilization and the couple used an egg donor.” What an absolute shame that someone could take responsibility for two human lives and then force one of them into a life of abuse, regret, mutilation, and depression.
Shame on the jury who ruled in favor of this woman. Pray that God performs a miracle and saves James from this life of darkness before it’s too late.
