“The Price is Right,” RuPaul Nearly $100K For Abortion Giant Planned Parenthood In Prime Time Special

America’s longest-running TV game show, “The Price is Right” ran a controversial episode May 11 featuring notorious drag queen RuPaul who was there to raise money for the nation’s leading abortion provider, Planned Parenthood.

According to The Hill, the show ultimately donated nearly $100,000 to PP during the primetime special called “The Price is Right at Night,” which aired on CBS Monday night. The episode, which was filmed prior to the coronavirus lockdown, featured regular contestants who competed for normal cash and prizes while the show matched the winnings total, which added up to $97,266, in a donation to the abortion giant.

On his fondness for Planned Parenthood, RuPaul told Marie Claire magazine in 2017:

Women in our culture have been so marginalized and so really beaten down. We live in a masculine-dominated culture. How dare some man tell a woman what to do with her body. That is outrageous! Outrageous. As a human, that is a big issue for me that really strikes a chord. My mother, she had never really had a job before. Planned Parenthood represented so much freedom for us. For me to watch her blossom into a working woman and self-sufficient after this sort of system of being married to a man and staying home, after that façade fell apart, she built herself back up. In my heart, it represents so much strength, and I think it’s a very important organization.

Sadly, Planned Parenthood really isn’t in the business of helping or empowering women. It’s also important to point out that Planned Parenthood recorded a record-breaking 345,627 abortions in its most recent annual report and $1.6 billion in revenue. They certainly aren’t hurting for funds or support.

According to a recent Heritage Foundation analysis of its annual reports since 2006, Planned Parenthood has been doing more abortions and fewer actual health services. Its cancer screenings are way down, and even its contraception numbers have been dropping steadily. These drops in services are not for a lack of funds. The abortion chain has posted record $1 billion-plus revenues in the past several years.

Planned Parenthood is primarily an abortion business, and its own leaders have admitted as much. In 2019, former CEO Leana Wen told BuzzFeed News that abortions are Planned Parenthood’s “core mission.”

Planned Parenthood seems to be treated like a charity by many left-wing celebrities. The millions in revenue it rakes in annual speak to the contrary, however.

Surely, if these celebrities were truly interested in helping women they would choose one of the numerous charities that actually provide needed services for women who are victims of abuse, homelessness, drug addiction, or other unfortunate situations, rather than a for-profit business that earns its money by dismembering unborn children.

The Price is Right has shown their support for the abortion industry. In the future, this may be a show to skip.
