UK Children’s Commissioner Blasts “Horrendous” Sex Ed Lessons As 9YO Gets Graphic Lesson on Rape

Here at Elizabeth Johnston Ministries, we have been working for years to raise awareness about the extent to which public school sex ed has been brought under the auspices of so-called Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), a values-based approach to sex ed that goes far beyond the basic biological facts of the birds and the bees.

CSE is based on a philosophy that runs in stark contrast to the values held by many parents, and its educational framework generally introduces children to hyper-sexualized topics at a very young age.

This is all done under the ideology that children are sexual from birth and have the emotional capacity to consider their own sexuality from a young age.

This is why we have been seeing so many decidedly pornographic topics covered in public and private schools here in the US — but the issue, as you will see, is by no means restricted to our country.

In the United Kingdom, the children’s commissioner of England, Dame Rachel de Souza, recently told the Commons Education Committee that she was “shocked” to hear what she described as “horrendous” examples of the graphic sexual nature of lessons children as young as elementary-school-aged are being exposed to.

In one such example cited by Tory MP Miriam Cates was that of a “nine-year-old coming home, shaking, white as a sheet, because they’ve been taught in detail about rape,” as The Daily Mail reported.

“Of course, at some point, children need to know the reality of the world we live in and to be taught how to keep themselves safe and consent,” Dame de Souza noted, but asked whether such age-inappropriate lessons might be “damaging” to children.

She told the panel that she will be looking into how these subjects are being taught and emphasized that children need “thoughtful” and “age-appropriate” lessons.

The week prior, Cates declared in a speech that relationships and sexual education, or RSE, “opened the floodgates to a whole host of external providers who offer sex education materials to schools, and now children are being exposed across the country to a plethora of deeply inappropriate, wildly inaccurate, sexually explicit and damaging materials in the name of sex education.”

The problem with CSE, Steve Jenkins of Public Child Protection Wales recently told us, is that it is “woven throughout the curriculum from maths to languages, to history.  It is not separate content but blended into each individual subject so you can’t actually withdraw your child from CSE as it bleeds into each discipline.”

As for the highly inappropriate nature of such content, under British law, it is arguably illegal.

“Under British law, if you discuss sexual material or imagery with a minor, it is classed as non- contact sexual abuse, and yet our schools are given a free hand to do exactly that,” he explained.

PCP Wales is currently fighting the Welsh government in court over the implementation of compulsory CSE and after a two-year legal battle, was recently granted a judicial review by a high court in London.

Jenkins and his colleagues beg parents to consider the extent to which this educational philosophy, which has been spearheaded by the United Nations’ UNESCO and thus is permeating globalist educational initiatives, has been disseminated around the world.

“They are not just promoting it, they are creating, approving it and enforcing it.  CSE was authored by fraudulent scientists, approved by global organisations and accepted by the world’s governments,” he said. “Local schools don’t have a say. They are told that this must be implemented on a national level.  There is no choice, there is no alternative, you don’t have a say.”

“PCP Wales is fighting for kids everywhere because if we win it sets a precedent against CSE globally and not just for Welsh children.  We are fighting to stop a whole generation losing their innocence,” he also said. Please visit their website to learn more about their efforts.

We couldn’t agree more. All it takes is a small, grassroots group to make a difference, and we stand with Jenkins and parents everywhere who are working to expose the sinister nature of this brand of “sex ed.”
