In a stunning victory for freedom of speech in the face of pro-transgender dogma taking over the Western world, a UK judge has ruled that a man’s “gender critical” tweets are protected free speech.
According to Reuters, Judge Julian Knowles of London’s High Court issued the ruling after a transgender “woman” complained to authorities that Harry Miller made several “brazen transphobic comments” on Twitter.
Miller, a former police officer, allegedly posted 31 offensive tweets between November 2018 and January 2019.
Tweets included brilliantly satirical statements such as, “I was assigned mammal at birth, but my orientation is fish. Don’t mis-species me,” and remarks about Bruce “Caitlyn” Jenner.
The transgender person, referred to only as “Mrs. B,” called the police and filed a complaint.
It’s crazy enough that anyone would think to call the police over offensive tweets, but what’s worse is that Miller found himself accused by police of a “non-crime hate incident.”
Humberside police visited Miller about the complaint, which left him “with the impression that continuing to tweet could cause [him] to face criminal prosecution,” Reuters reported.
However, Miller wasn’t about to back down, even in the face of intimidation from pro-LGBT authorities. Miller took the police to court, declaring that their tactics were a clear infringement upon his right to free speech.
Thankfully, Judge Knowles saw the situation for it was: a blatant attack on free speech in defense of triggered transgenders.
“In this country, we have never had a Cheka, a Gestapo, or a Stasi,” Knowles declared, according to the BBC. “We have never lived in an Orwellian society.”
Knowles added:
The claimants’ tweets were lawful and there was not the slightest risk that he would commit a criminal offense by continuing to tweet. I find the combination of the police visiting the claimant’s place of work, and their subsequent statements in relation to the possibility of prosecution, were a disproportionate interference with the claimant’s right to freedom of expression because of their potential chilling effect.

We’ve already seen individuals elsewhere in the world arrested and even detained for “misgendering” trans individuals on Twitter. If these tyrants had their way, each of us would find ourselves in a jail cell unless we cater to their delusional demands.
Praise God that Judge Knowles’ decision adds another brick in the wall in staving off that outcome.
As for Miller, he says he stands by every word he has said.
“I want to raise awareness by stating that which used to be instinctively obvious — a biological man is a man, and a biological woman is a woman,” he declared. “To claim otherwise is extraordinary.”

“This is a watershed moment for liberty,” Miller added. “The police were wrong to visit my workplace, wrong to ‘check my thinking.'”
“It is a strong warning to local police forces not to interfere with people’s free speech rights on matters of significant controversy,” said Miller’s lawyer, Paul Conrathe.
For their part, the Humberside Police say they acted in good faith.
“Our actions in handling the incident were carried out in good faith but we note the comments of the judge and we will take learning from this incident moving forward,” a statement read, according to Reuters. “In policing we don’t always get things right and there will of course be some learning following today’s judgment.”
While this is a massive victory, Miller’s case isn’t over quite yet. The police are still able to classify his remarks as “non-crime hate incidents.”
Even though these incidents are not crimes, they are still logged in a system and can show up in criminal records checks, preventing the accused from getting jobs, The Daily Mail reports. Under the Hate Crime Operational Guidelines, adopted in 2014, authorities must record any actions deemed to be motivated by an element of hate even if there is no evidence to prove them.
This is a terrifying system in which to live for anyone who affirms basic human biology. Praise God for people like Miller and Judge Knowles! Our speech must not be shackled by the transgender domination movement!
