UPDATE: Transgender Man “Jessica” Yaniv Arrested…But It’s Not What You Think

There has been a major new development in the disturbing case of Jonathan Yaniv, a biological man who calls himself “Jessica” and claims to be transgender.

As we have previously reported, Yaniv’s determination to host topless swim parties for adults and children, his sickening fixations on preteen girls and menstruation, and his insistence that female  estheticians be forced to  perform brazilian waxes on his male genitalia (yes, he is the man behind all of those stories) clearly demonstrate that the man is dangerous to society.

Until recently, law enforcement in Yaniv’s Canadian hometown of Langley, British Columbia had been frustratingly unwilling to step in even after reports of his alleged predatory behavior began piling up.

According to The Post Millennial, however, Yaniv’s eagerness to show off illegal weapons in his possession during a YouTube debate with conservative pundit Blaire White (also transgender and a biological male) finally prompted the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to take action:

According to the National Post, after the Monday afternoon Blaire White livestream in which the prohibited weapon was brandished, Yaniv was arrested and brought to an RCMP holding cell. Yaniv was released Tuesday morning.

Two stun guns, pepper spray, and bear spray were seized from Yaniv’s apartment.

The Post Millennial has confirmed speculation that the Walnut Grove home of Jessica Yaniv was raided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police last night. The raid follows Yaniv’s explosive live appearance on Blaire White’s YouTube channel, brandishing and demonstrating the functionality of a taser at one point in the debate, and claiming to be fully aware of its illegality. Yaniv also claimed to possess pepper spray.

Yaniv’s discussion of the weapons followed a lengthy racist rant disparaging the East Indian and immigrant communities of British Columbia, asserting “we have f*cked up people who migrate here, who think they can do whatever they want.”

“I should not have to literally have something like this,” Yaniv said in the interview with White. “I don’t need to be scared in my own house,” before test sparking a stun gun in front of his camera.

“Which is illegal in Canada. Just sayin,” he added.

Under the Canadian Firearms Act, stun guns, tasers, and other electroshock weapons are banned for civilian use, although readily available to purchase online.

Yaniv, however, told The National Post that the incident was “unfair” because he claims to have given police prior warning of his possession of illegal weapons for “personal protection” during past interactions in which he has reported harassment or threats to local RCMP officers.

“I say: ‘Hey, you know what, for your safety and for my safety, I do have weapons in the house, I do have a Taser, it’s locked up, if you want to see it, I’ll show it to you,’” he told The National Post. “They’ve all seen it, they’re all cool with it and now all of a sudden they are not cool with it.”

So, Yaniv expects us to believe that the RCMP are totally fine with giving him a pass on the law because it’s for self-defense? Yeah, not buying it!

While the RCMP declined to provide a specific name unless charges were filed, they did confirm to The Post Millennial that a warrant was executed at an address confirmed to be Yaniv’s residence. “The warrant concerned a prohibited weapon,” The Post Millennial adds, noting that the officer they spoke to said, “an active file is still ongoing.”

Yaniv was also on the RCMP’s radar after Jessica Rumpel, the young woman who recently went public with her account of sexual harassment at the hands of Yaniv when she was a minor, reached out to them:

At this point, details surrounding any charges against Yaniv are scarce and it appears he is not currently in police custody. According to The National Post, Yaniv claims that after he was released, he called the police to report that somebody had sent child porn to him via Facebook Messenger.

Shortly after Yaniv’s call, police officers returned to his home and took a report on the alleged incident. The RCMP claims there is an “an open investigation, an active and ongoing investigation” into the latest incident regarding Yaniv.

While it is utterly reprehensible that the Canadian authorities couldn’t be bothered to follow up on the mountain of evidence of Yaniv’s predatory behavior until he dared to flash a stun gun in Blair White’s face, we must pray that this will be the first step toward bringing Yaniv to justice!
