A group of alleged Black Lives Matter activists attempted to block the entrance to a Los Angeles hospital over the weekend where two deputies were being treated for gunshot wounds.

According to The Daily Wire, it has yet to be confirmed that the activists are, in fact, affiliated with BLM. Nonetheless, the actions of the anti-police activists were recorded on film and confirmed by the L.A. County Sheriff.

“To the protesters blocking the entrance & exit of the HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM yelling ‘We hope they die’ referring to 2 LA Sheriff’s ambushed today in #Compton: DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY ENTRIES & EXITS TO THE HOSPITAL,” the Sheriff’s office said in a tweet on Saturday. “People’s lives are at stake when ambulances can’t get through.”

A 24-year-old male deputy and a 31-year-old female deputy were in serious condition after the suspect opened fire on them “without warning or provocation,” the Sheriff’s office noted.

Human Events Managing Editor Ian Miles Cheong shared a video of protesters at the hospital, identifying them as “Black Lives Matter activists.”

“I want to deliver a message to the family of the pigs,” a protester in the video can be heard saying. “I hope they f***ing die.”

One witness was interviewed by ABC7, saying that the activists were shouting “death to the police” and “kill the police.” The man later confirmed to the outlet that the activists attempted to enter the emergency room.

A 10-part Twitter thread gives a greater glimpse into the chaos:

“Animals that must be hit hard!” President Donald Trump said of the gunman on Twitter.

“If they die, fast trial death penalty for the killer,” the president added. “Only way to stop this!”

So much for the “peaceful” movement!
