Women’s “Health” Clinic Murders 15 Unborn Children in Free Abortions Given to Harvey Victims

A women’s “health” clinic in Texas offering free abortions to those affected by Hurricane Harvey has already killed 15 unborn children in their post-disaster “relief” efforts.

The incredibly deceptively named Whole Women’s Health clinic announced that the way they wanted to “help” the relief efforts for the devastating natural disaster that struck Texas two weeks ago was to provide no-cost abortions for those affected.

In their website’s blog, the clinic said: “There are already so many barriers to access this necessary procedure, and natural disasters stand in the way of women getting to their appointment and/or being able to afford care.”

Clearly, their definition of “necessary” is quite broad.

Amy Hagstrom Miller, the founder and CEO of Whole Woman’s Health, explained to The Texas Tribune that they wanted to offer this “service” to women who may have missed previous appointments to terminate the life in their wombs due to the inconvenience of record-breaking flooding.

However, there may be some women who would have previously planned on carrying their babies to term but were among those who lost all their earthly possessions in the flood. This, Miller says, “changes their situation.” In Miller’s mind, if one has suffered the tragedy of losing your home and everything in it, adding the lifelong psychological damage and guilt of killing your own child is an important way to help disaster victims.

“There’s not really a safety net, especially when it comes to health care — we really felt like it was important to step up and do our part,” she explained. “In any kind of natural disaster, women’s health care becomes a critical issue.”

“Necessary,” “health care,” “women’s health”, “helping”…all these words take on new meanings by those who defend the right to murder the unborn.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that other groups, such as the Lilith Fund, are also raising money to provide no-cost abortions to hurricane survivors.

Feminists across the internet praised this sick “service” in the same euphemistic terms as those offering it.

The Texas Tribune reported that fifteen babies have already been killed in this grim campaign to add trauma to tragedy, and fifteen more are already scheduled in facilities in San Antonio and Austin.

The death toll of Hurricane Harvey is already at 64, but as Life Site News pointed out, “Unfortunately, these unborn babies’ deaths will not be counted among the casualties.”

This is an incredibly sad example of the way the left views abortion and the language they use to justify it. No longer is it even seen as something that should be “safe, legal, and rare”, but rather simply “necessary”.

They perpetuate the idea that it is the only option for pregnant women. Also, considering the most likely very fragile state of mind these hurricane victims are already in, they clearly have no interest in the long-term effects murdering one’s own child shortly after losing everything in a hurricane will have on a woman.

Abortion is not about choice and it is not the only option for a pregnant woman, no matter what the pro-abortion camp will tell you. It is simply a matter of sacrificing morality for the sake of convenience.

There are plenty of women and organizations who are helping those affected by Hurricane Harvey–both within the womb and without. If you’d like to help out the victims of this tragic disaster, consider donating to one of the many wonderful pro-life pregnancy support centers in Texas, and pray that anyone considering abortion in the midst of this disaster will seek another option.
