There is absolutely no reason on God’s green earth that grown men should be allowed to enter into bathrooms with little girls. Period.
Miguel Martinez, who identifies as a woman, was convicted yesterday of raping a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom of her apartment last March in Casper, Wyoming.
Martinez pled not guilty in a court hearing on Monday for entering into a bathroom with the child, fondling her, and penetrating her. He was charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor.
On Wednesday, after deliberating for about two hours, the jury found him guilty.
When the incident took place, the girl told her parents right away who called the police. A medical examination was performed on her at the local hospital which confirmed irritation and abrasions on her genitalia.
Martinez was arrested, although the Casper Star Tribune reports that police found him passed out at his home and was so intoxicated it was difficult to rouse him.
When they began their questioning, detectives say Martinez became “noticeably hostile and defensive” and claimed that the girl had been “talking crap” earlier that day and that the accusations were most likely a “publicity stunt.”
Right, that totally sounds like something a 10-year-old would do, “talk crap” on a grown man pretending to be a woman and then think up an epic publicity stunt just for kicks.
Shortly after these ridiculous claims, Martinez refused to talk to the detectives further. This was not his first offense, either, in 2010, he was arrested for attacking his ex-boyfriend at the store he worked at, and in 2014, he was arrested for beating a presumably different boyfriend with a metal broom. The newspaper laughably titled the article covering that incident as Man Says Girlfriend Beat Him With Metal Broomstick. It wasn’t his girlfriend. It was Martinez, who is a man.
If convicted of rape, Martinez faces up to 70 years in prison.
As our culture dances around the topic of allowing transgenderism to become normalized and accepted as a whole, many deny the dark, perverted underbelly of this whole issue. This poor little girl had to suffer in a way that will scar her the rest of her life because her parents obviously felt comfortable letting her enter into a bathroom with a grown man. Not just any grown man, but a man who is so mixed up that he thinks he is a woman.
One wonders why on earth this little girl’s parents were letting her hang out with this man.
The newspaper reports covering this story even refer to this man as a “she” while reporting that “she” penetrated the girl! How could a biological woman do that? It’s derangement and delusion.
If someone is so troubled that they are convinced they are the opposite sex or at the very least have a penchant for cross-dressing, we need to take for granted that their are unlikely to have a normal sex drive.
The sad reality of transgenderism and homosexuality is that often those who have these desires were abused as children themselves. Not only that, but child molesters were also often abused as children.
We need to keep our children safe and stop trying to normalize transgenderism. They don’t need to be called the pronoun that makes them the most comfortable, they need help and, most of all, Jesus. Until then, we need to keep them away from our children!!
